Modification Approach: Employ modified Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) with the addition of UV-resistant and chemical-resistant agents.
Advantages: Enhanced weather resistance, prevention of UV degradation and chemical corrosion, extending the luminaire's lifespan.
Lamp Base Material - PA Nylon Material:
Modification Purpose: Improve high-temperature resistance and mechanical strength of the lamp base to meet the demands of high-power LED luminaires.
Modification Approach: Select high-temperature stable modified nylon material such as PA66 and incorporate high-temperature-resistant enhancers.
Advantages: Ensures stability of the lamp base in high-temperature environments, prevents material softening or deformation, and enhances the reliability of the LED luminaire.
